libxml-opml-perl software package provides Perl module to create and update OPML files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libxml-opml-perl
libxml-opml-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libxml-opml-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libxml-opml-perl *
You will get with libxml-opml-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
